Shipping & Returns

Thank you for choosing The Niche Shop! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged charm, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following terms:

Exchange for Damaged Charms

  • We only accept exchanges for charms that are damaged within 30 days of purchase.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to qualify for an exchange.
  • To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@thenicheshop.co with your proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and a photo of the damaged charm.

In-Store Exchange

  • For a free exchange, please bring the damaged charm to our store, where we will be happy to assist you.

Online Exchange

  • If you cannot visit us in-store, we can process your exchange online. You will be responsible for a $6 shipping fee for the shipping of the replacement.

Please Note:

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged items.
  • Charms must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.

How to assemble your charms

  • Step One

    Slide the charm open by pinching and pressing the top and bottom in opposite directions.

  • Step Two

    Use your thumb to hold the charm open, hook the end of one charm into the back of another.

  • Step Three

    Release the charm to lock into place.

  • Stainless steel

  • The bracelets are highly resistant to tarnishing and because of this they are able to get wet. However, we highly recommend taking off all jewelry before getting in the shower or coming into contact with water to protect its integrity.

  • Our charms are new and have never been worn before. We purchase from deadstock and new stock lots.

  • Our charms are available at both our Upper West Side and Upper East Side locations.

  • All sales are final.

  • Our online and in-store selections offer different mixes, and we’re always updating both! While you’ll find unique charms in each, we can’t guarantee availability of specific charms in either location
