No. All of our items are one of one, we are not able to hold items for any length of time in order to give everyone an equal opportunity to shop our inventory.

We measure our clothing laying flat on a surface, therefore some measurements need to be doubled to take into account the circumference of the garment. Please refer to our Size Chart for visual resources on how we measure items.

Return Policy for In-Person Purchases:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on purchases made in person in store or at any events. Items are vintage and pre-loved so may come with minor defects and should be thoroughly inspected before purchasing.

Return Policy for Online and Instagram Purchases: 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase made through thenicheshop.co you can return unworn items for store credit. Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. 

How to return online items via mail:

• Items must be unworn and have original tags attached & packaging attached
• Email hello@thenicheshop.co within 14 days of your delivery date
• Include order number and name of item(s) you wish to return
• Return shipping label will be issued to you within 2 business days
• Upon receipt and inspection of goods, a store credit minus return shipping fee ($6) will be issued to the email address you used for your order.
• Attach return label to your package and drop off at your nearest mailing facility

Return & Exchange Policy for Niche Charms

Thank you for choosing The Niche Shop! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged charm, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following terms:

Exchange for Damaged Charms

• We only accept exchanges for charms that are damaged within 30 days of purchase.
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to qualify for an exchange.
• To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@thenicheshop.co with your proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and a photo of the damaged charm.

In-Store Exchange

• For a free exchange, please bring the damaged charm to our store, where we will be happy to assist you.

Online Exchange

• If you cannot visit us in-store, we can process your exchange online. You will be responsible for a $6 shipping fee for the shipping of the replacement.

• Exchanges are only available for damaged items.
• Charms must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.

Stainless steel

Our charms are new and have never been worn before. We purchase from deadstock and new stock lots.

The bracelets are highly resistant to tarnishing and because of this they are able to get wet. However, we highly recommend taking off all jewelry before getting in the shower or coming into contact with water to protect its integrity.
