We are so excited to have charms in store and online. Our charms are the standard 9mm charms and can go into any standard Italian charm bracelet. They are made of stainless steel. We receive a variety of charms, so you always have to be on the lookout for something that might catch your eye! If you already have a bracelet, you can swap out any charms and continue updating it.

What are they made of?

Are they new or used charms?

Our charms are new and have never been worn before. We purchase from deadstock and new stock lots.

Can I get them wet?

The bracelets are highly resistant to tarnishing and because of this they are able to get wet. However, we highly recommend taking off all jewelry before getting in the shower or coming into contact with water to protect its integrity.

How do you assemble them?

It is easy to assemble! Watch this helpful video here (coming soon). 

How many do you need to make a bracelet?

We recommend 16-20 charms for a bracelet.

Are they available in stores?

Our charms are available at both our Upper West Side and Upper East Side locations. 

Can they be returned or exchanged?

All sales are final.
