Return Policy for Online and Instagram Purchases: 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase made through thenicheshop.co you can return unworn items for store credit. Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. 

How to return online items via mail:

• Items must be unworn and have original tags attached & packaging attached
• Email hello@thenicheshop.co within 14 days of your delivery date
• Include order number and name of item(s) you wish to return
• Return shipping label will be issued to you within 2 business days
• Upon receipt and inspection of goods, a store credit minus return shipping fee ($6) will be issued to the email address you used for your order.
• Attach return label to your package and drop off at your nearest mailing facility

Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

• Economy Shipping: For orders under $50, a flat rate of $6 will be applied.
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Carrier

• All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any shipping or delivery issues. If you encounter any problems with shipping or delivery, please contact USPS directly using your provided tracking number.

Processing Time

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the time of ordering.
