Thank you for choosing The Niche Shop! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged charm, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following terms:
Exchange for Damaged Charms
- We only accept exchanges for charms that are damaged within 30 days of purchase.
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to qualify for an exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@thenicheshop.co with your proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and a photo of the damaged charm.
In-Store Exchange
- For a free exchange, please bring the damaged charm to our store, where we will be happy to assist you.
Online Exchange
- If you cannot visit us in-store, we can process your exchange online. You will be responsible for a $6 shipping fee for the shipping of the replacement.
Please Note:
- Exchanges are only available for damaged items.
- Charms must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.
