Spring 2026 Trends You’ll Actually Want to Wear

Spring is finally doing her thing. The layers are coming off, the outfits are getting lighter, and suddenly getting dressed feels fun again. And Spring 2026? She’s not subtle.

We have been keeping an eye out to see what everyone is going to be wearing this Spring 2026. Here are our 5 favorite trends and how to wear them.

1. Fringe

Fringe is everywhere right now, which is not surprising considering we are in the middle of festival season. On dresses, bags, jackets, even shoes. It’s part of this bigger shift toward texture and movement that’s defining the season.

Our favorite way we’ve been seeing it? Vintage leather jackets. The kind that already feel broken-in, a little worn, and somehow even better with fringe added. It gives just enough movement without feeling costume-y.

We’re bringing some of our favorite fringe leather finds to Not-A-Normal Market, so if you want to try the trend in a way that actually feels wearable, this is the place to start. Get your tickets here.

How to wear it:

  • Let the jacket be the statement—pair with denim and a simple tee

  • Go tonal with all black and let the fringe add dimension

  • Keep everything else minimal

2. Purple

Move over burgundy—purple is the color of Spring 2026. From soft lilac to deep royal tones, it’s having a major moment again.

We’ll admit it: purple has had a bit of a bad reputation over the years. But with the resurgence of Bieberchella energy (effortless, slightly chaotic, very cool), purple suddenly feels relevant again.

How to wear it:

  • A purple bag or shoe for a pop

  • Pair with denim for an easy everyday look

  • Mix different shades for a tonal moment

3. Snakeskin

Animal print isn’t new, but in 2026, it’s evolving.

At this point, animal print is basically a neutral. It goes with everything, it adds interest instantly, and it somehow never feels like too much when styled right.

How to wear it:

  • Snakeskin boots or flats with an otherwise simple outfit

  • A snakeskin jacket with a white tee

  • Pair with black, denim, or even other prints if you’re feeling bold

4. Peplum

We know. But hear us out.

Peplum is officially back, and we really started noticing it again on the red carpet at the Academy Awards this year. The 2026 version feels more refined, more intentional, and less like your old business casual top.

We have a feeling it’s going to stick around in a bigger way for events and red carpets, but for now, we’re easing into it with more subtle silhouettes.

How to wear it:

  • A soft peplum tank with baggy or low-rise jeans

  • Slightly structured jacket that just hint at the shape

  • Keep proportions balanced and relaxed

5. Bandana Print

If there’s one print to know this spring, it’s bandana (aka paisley). It started as a micro-trend and is now fully everywhere—tops, skirts, sets, even accessories.

It ties into the ongoing vintage + western moment, but still feels easy and wearable.

How to wear it:

  • A scarf top or bandana tied as a top

  • Printed shorts or pants with a simple tank

  • A bandana as a headscarf or tied onto your bag

Spring 2026 is about having more fun with what you wear again. Mixing textures, trying something new, and not overthinking it.

You don’t need to do all five trends at once, just pick one and make it your own. If you’re looking to do more spring shopping check out our spring events calendar to see where we will be at – and as always our stores are always open come stop by and shop!
